Floor Clauses and Mortgage Expenses

These clauses are abusive as they have been imposed unilaterally, have not been individually negotiated and the customer has not been informed of their consequences.

The banks included in the mortgages a clause that allowed to limit the fall of the Euribor, establishing a fixed interest rate from which the interest would always be calculated even if the Euribor fell. Read more.
