BGI LAW closes its National Congress in Marbella, with an eye on AI improvements
XXXV BGI LAW National Congress in Marbella.
The law firm BGI LAW has gathered in Marbella its team of more than fifty legal professionals to celebrate its 35th Annual Congress with a focus on the improvements offered by the incorporation of AI in the procedures and in the daily work of lawyers. As the president of BGI LAW, Julio Aguado, pointed out, “AI is providing very powerful tools for the automation of processes, helping in the most tedious procedures, facilitating daily work and allowing professionals to focus on closer and more human attention to the customer, which is one of our hallmarks”.
The congress was attended by more than 50 professionals working in the three offices that BGI LAW has in Madrid and Vigo, in addition to its headquarters in Marbella.
In constant progress
According to the data shared during the congress, the firm continues on a path of sustained growth following the boost provided by its corporate rebranding two years ago. Since then, as its president recalls, ‘We have increased our revenue, expanded our team by continuously attracting talent, and highlighted the significance of the projects carried out in the past year‘. Among these, Julio Aguado recalled BGI LAW’s role in advising major investment projects in the Costa del Sol, such as those made by the UAE fund Unicorm, the Lithuanian fund Evernord and the Estonian fund Novira Capital.
A foundation and an international network
BGI LAW is one of the few law firms that also has the BGI Foundation for Children. BGI Foundation for Childrenwhich develops training projects aimed at children in need in problematic countries. In addition, BGI LAW created more than 25 years ago, BGI Global, the largest network of independent law firms of Spanish origin, which currently has 24 offices around the world.
