KATHARINA BLACKMER

Doctor of Law, University of Vienna, Austria, Austrian lawyer and lawyer licensed in Spain. In practice in Spain since 1994.

He has extensive experience in International Private Law and European Law. Due to her international background and language skills, she is dedicated to the representation and legal advice of international clients, individuals and international companies, including a multinational pharmaceutical company in Asia.

His specialization has a special focus on real estate law, corporate law(restructuring, mergers, etc.), inheritance law, intellectual property (art law) and its connection with national and international tax law.

Lecturer at several seminars organized by the Austrian Commercial Office in Madrid.

As a Partner of BGI LAW since 2000, she works closely with all the law firms of BGI GLOBAL, the first association of independent law firms.

After completing his secondary school studies in Vienna, Munich and St. Gallen, he was awarded a degree in economics and business administration. Mr. Gallen completed his law studies at the University of Vienna and later at the University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, where he completed, among others, a master’s degree in Spanish Law for Foreigners.
