JORGE MARTÍN LOSA

Law degree from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consultancy from the Instituto de Empresa.

He began his professional career in the Legal Department of the multinational SGS Lodge Service (1998-2000).

In 2000 he joined the multidisciplinary law firm BGI LAW as a lawyer, being appointed partner and Director of the Madrid office in 2006.

Throughout his career he has focused his activity in the civil and commercial area, with extensive experience in international transactions, based in the fields of trading, private equity and real estate law; he has actively participated in the creation of corporate structures, family office advice and implementation of foreign companies in Spain through the creation of joint ventures, consortiums, joint ventures, etc.

Jorge is also secretary of the board of directors of multinationals in the electronic and financial sector, and is an external consultant to two prestigious American banking institutions for their operations in Spain.

He has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1999 and is fluent in English and Spanish.
