Lawyer with more than 20 years of professional practice, occupying positions of maximum responsibility in both public and private companies. After graduating in Law, he studied for his PhD in the area of Public Law, subsequently adding to his training, and during his extensive professional career, different Masters Degrees. These include an MBA, as well as a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the European University of Madrid, and an Expert in Maritime Law from the IME (Spanish Maritime Institute).
