OSCAR CASTAÑÓN BAYÓN

Bachelor’s Degree in Law. At present, the main area of work is Canon Law and Family Law.

He is an expert in Canon Marriage Law from the University San Pablo CEU, and a Rotal Lawyer, having completed the mandatory qualification in the Rotal Study of the Tribunal of the Rota of the Apostolic Nunciature and obtained the Specialization in Canon Marriage and Procedural Law.

He is an expert in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure, by the Madrid Bar Association (member of the VII Special Course in Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure), and in his previous stage in other law firms his work has focused mainly in the areas of Urbanism and Contentious-Administrative Litigation.
