Processing Department

In order to assist clients in their administrative procedures, BGI LAW has created a processing department, Tramiuris, which carries out all types of procedures at all levels of the Public Administration and in the various public and private organizations.

Foreigners

Globalization has made it increasingly common to change one’s place of residence for work, social or family reasons. To manage this type of procedure, specialized professionals are required to assist and advise them. Tramiuris, taking into account the characteristics of each case, performs a detailed study based on the provisions of the Organic Law 4/2011, of January 11, on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain and their integration, always choosing the procedure that is most convenient for the client.

Among the services offered are:

  • Obtaining the NIE (Foreigner Identification Number). The NIE is necessary for a large number of transactions such as buying a house, obtaining a business permit, opening a bank account, etc.
  • Residence permits. Among them:
    • Non-profit residency, indicated for non-EU citizens who wish to stay in Spain legally without performing any work activity.
    • Residence for others, indicated for foreigners who are going to work in a company included in the catalog of occupations that are difficult to cover.
    • Self-employed residence, indicated for non-EU citizens who wish to remain in Spain legally carrying out a lucrative self-employed activity.
    • Study authorization, indicated for students who wish to stay in Spain for a period of more than 90 days to carry out or extend their studies.
    • Residence for investments (Golden Visa) indicated for those investors who make a significant investment in Spain. This favors the international mobility of professionals and managers and attracts investment.
    • Residence due to roots, indicated for foreign citizens who have resided in Spain for 3 years prior to applying for residency.
    • Residence by regrouping, indicated for family members of an already resident foreigner.
  • Procedures for renewal and modification of residences.
  • Certificates of residence for citizens of the European Union.
  • Processing of Spanish nationality, by residence, by choice, for minors, for Sephardics, for marriage, etc.
  • Appeals against expulsion orders.
  • Certificates of Tax Residence in Spain.
