In BGI LAW we have a specialized area exclusively dedicated to immigration procedures, managing for our clients the documents and legal aspects so that the operations outside their country are done in a comfortable and simple way.

Processing Department

In order to assist clients in their administrative procedures, BGI LAW has created a processing department, Tramiuris, which carries out all types of procedures at all levels of the Public Administration and in the various public and private organizations.

The areas of specialization are developed in the commercial, accounting, tax, immigration, labor and vehicle areas.

Among the services offered, we highlight:

  • Land Registry
  • Civil Registry
  • Procurement of supplies
  • Obtaining NIEs and residency in Spain

Globalization has made it increasingly common to change one’s place of residence for work, social or family reasons. To manage this type of procedure, specialized professionals are required to assist and advise them. Tramiuris, taking into account the characteristics of each case, performs a detailed study based on the provisions of the Organic Law 4/2011, of January 11, on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain and their integration, always choosing the procedure that is most convenient for the client.
