He has a wide knowledge of the state and regional tax system with an important trajectory and experience in tax inspection and investigation activities in the tax field, which has been developed both in Provincial Inspection Units and in Regional Inspection Units of the State Agency of Tax Administration specifically dedicated to the verification of specific areas of economic activity.<\/p>\n

He has extensive experience in economic and tax expert assistance in courts of law in criminal proceedings of economic crimes (tax crimes, punishable insolvencies, etc.) as well as in labor courts in labor dismissal proceedings and relations with derivations of liability and groups of companies.<\/p>\n
