Through the analysis of the activity and dynamics of the client&#8217;s work, it determines the level of compliance with the Organic Law on Data Protection and other applicable regulations and will adapt its activity to the legal precepts, complying with the established obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, it provides an annual maintenance service in terms of data protection, carrying out and reviewing all modifications and new situations that may occur in this regard.<\/p>\n<p>The main areas of practice within the department are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication of files to the General Registry of the Data Protection Agency.<\/li>\n<li>Adequacy of the company&#8217;s activity to comply with established regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of data protection clauses<\/li>\n<li>Drafting of security documents<\/li>\n<li>Modifications to registered files<\/li>\n<li>Registration of new files<\/li>\n<li>Delete registered files<\/li>\n<li>Modifications to safety documentation<\/li>\n<li>Data protection audits<\/li>\n<li>Training of personnel in particular fields<\/li>\n<li>Writing resources<\/li>\n<li>Formulation of pleadings<\/li>\n<li>Advice on Data Protection Agency inspections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BGI LAW offers the service of adaptation of companies and freelancers to the Data Protection Act (LOPD).
